Loochi and begun bhajaa. That’s brinjal/egg plant/aubergine fried along with unleavened bread called loochi/puri. yummmmmmmm

And as my mum cooked I made tea for the both of us…whee what a tea drinking family we are toh! That’s the water boiling and then the colour changing.

I woke up to a gloriously cloudy morning. Took some pictures from my balcony. See if you can see the weather…feel it I mean.

Thursday snack

I came
home today at around 6:30 in the evening and demanded some food off my mum. Poor thing! She made something I call ‘gola rooti’. Its basically a pancake but the batter is spicy and has onions and chilies and salt in it I don’t mind putting tomatoes in them, but…mum dint.

Check out the tea my sis made. See how mine is without milk. We call it ‘raw’ chaa or raw tea.
